How our store came to be

Hello! Thank you for visiting the Star Valley Cottage shop — my name is Marie.

I have loved paper crafting for many years, and since becoming a mum, this passion has taken on a special meaning for me — I now truly enjoy creating crafts together with my children. All of the die cuts in our shop are made to order in our home studio with great care and attention to detail. They are not just products — they are pieces that have been tested in our own creative projects and genuinely loved by my children. I also enjoy using them in my own designs, constantly finding new ways to incorporate them.

Over time, I began receiving requests for supplies for a wide variety of uses — from card making and scrapbooking to wedding decorations, stationery, and even festive confetti. That’s why the range continues to grow, aiming to inspire you with new creative ideas. I create die cuts in different shapes and sizes while keeping the designs simple, so they can easily fit into any project you are working on.

I always love seeing how you use my products and enjoy following your ideas and finished projects. If you see something you like but would prefer a different colour, size, design, or quantity, please feel free to message me — I would be more than happy to create a custom order just for you. It’s important to me that you receive exactly what fits your vision.
I also find inspiration in everyday life, nature, and children’s play, which helps me create designs that feel warm and unique. Each item is handmade, carrying a little piece of the warmth of our home. I truly believe that even the smallest details can make a big difference in any project. Super quality card circles in vibrant colours. I contacted Marie about changing some of the colours and she was more than happy to do so and suggested a larger size for my project. The circles arrived well wrapped and in 3 packets which made it easy to separate the colours. Thank you!
