Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day period begins:
a) For sales contracts (goods): on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods.
b) For orders with multiple goods delivered separately: on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the last item.
c) For service contracts or contracts for digital content not delivered on a physical medium: on the day the contract is concluded.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the deadline, your notice must simply be sent before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding extra costs for express or non-standard shipping you selected).
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return — whichever comes first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
Returns should be sent to the address listed above.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
