(according to § 18 BattG)

In connection with the sale of batteries or the supply of devices containing batteries, we are legally obliged to inform you of the following:

  • As an end user, you are legally required to return used batteries
  • You can return batteries that we carry or have carried as part of our product range free of charge to our shipping address.

Symbol Explanation:

Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin. This symbol means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
Underneath the bin symbol, you may find the following abbreviations indicating the battery contains:

  • Pb = more than 0.004% lead
  • Cd = more than 0.002% cadmium
  • Hg = more than 0.0005% mercury

Please dispose of used batteries in accordance with legal requirements—either at a municipal collection point or return them to us as the distributor, free of charge.
Proper disposal helps protect the environment and human health from hazardous substances.
